Where we pick up in your workflow
There is no single handover point. Some firms reduce their own field data and send us linework, point files or a rough drawing for finishing. Others hand over the whole post-field production. Others use us only for peak overflow and keep routine work in house.
All three work. We can pick up at any stage after the fieldwork is complete. What matters is agreeing at the outset what arrives, what goes back, and in what format.
Your seal, your responsible charge
Survey documents are prepared under the responsible charge of a licensed surveyor — an RPLS in Texas, and the equivalent in other states. Outsourcing the drafting does not change that.
We produce drawings from the field data and instructions your firm supplies. We do not perform surveying, make boundary determinations, resolve conflicting evidence, or certify anything. Your surveyor reviews, signs and seals exactly as they would if your own technician had drafted it — the arrangement is no different from employing an unlicensed drafting technician in your office.
Drafted to your standards, not ours
Your title block, your layering, your line weights, your symbology. Drawings come back ready to seal, not ready to reformat.
Where a firm has no documented drawing standard, we build one from your existing drawings and issue it back for approval. That document then governs every drawing we produce, and it is what protects consistency when team members change — on your side or ours.
Turnaround and volume
Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours. Production runs overnight relative to US hours, so drawings sent at the end of your working day come back for review the following morning.
For continuous programmes we operate dedicated team arrangements with agreed daily throughput and a shared tracking register showing the status of every job — so you can see where a form survey is without asking.

Most firms start with peak overflow or a single subdivision. It lets you test the output, the turnaround and the communication against work that is not on the critical path, before moving anything that is.
