P&IDs redrawn
Two North Sea platforms brought together to one standard for a Health & Safety Manual.
BG Group needed the P&IDs for two North Sea oil platforms, Everest and Lomond, brought together for their Health & Safety Manual. The drawings had been produced by various companies over many years and arrived as PDFs with redline changes — with no shared standards or consistency.
Outsource CAD worked with BG Group to produce a standards drawing template, then updated each drawing to suit, accompanied by a QC document for every sheet. The work ran entirely remotely, using six CAD technicians and a dedicated QC engineer, all fully proficient in AutoCAD to the client's requirements.
